Terms & Conditions of Use at d99

By accessing, browsing, or using the d99 website at d99.lat (the "Platform"), or by registering a player account, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or special conditions published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close any account you may hold.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

d99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page, marked with an effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Access to and use of the d99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. d99 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of d99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are mentally capable of entering into a legally binding contract and are not acting under duress, coercion, or impairment.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including d99's own self-exclusion register.

2.1 Age Verification

d99 employs age and identity verification procedures to protect minors from accessing the Platform. At any point following registration, d99 may request that you provide documentary proof of age, identity, and address. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period of the request being made will result in temporary suspension of the account, followed by permanent closure if the request remains unfulfilled. Any balance held in an unverified or under-age account will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and d99's internal compliance procedures.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

d99 targets players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. d99 makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of the Platform's services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that doing so is legal under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of d99's services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid, active email address that you control.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active d99 account. If d99 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — d99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any bonuses, winnings, or funds held within them. Players who believe they may have inadvertently created a duplicate account are asked to contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. d99 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and do not share your account details with any third party. d99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified d99 of unauthorised access in advance.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your d99 account at any time by contacting customer support. d99 will process the request and return any verified withdrawable balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. d99 also reserves the right to close any account at its discretion if it determines that the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

d99 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

d99 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at d99 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard player accounts, though d99 reserves the right to impose temporary deposit limits as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention procedures. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally processed instantly for mobile financial services; bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. d99 processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected. d99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the d99 account.

4.4 Transaction Fees

d99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges independently of d99. d99 accepts no liability for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on d99 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player's payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. d99 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third parties.

d99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers must be claimed within the stated claim period. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer's specific terms.

By using the d99 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or account verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing d99 support staff or other platform users.
• Registering multiple accounts or transferring funds between accounts held by different players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error must be reported to d99 and will not be honoured.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending winnings, and referral of the matter to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

All content on the d99 Platform — including but not limited to the d99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of d99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.1 Permitted Use

d99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without d99's prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
• Use d99's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.

7.2 Third-Party Content

Certain games and content available on the Platform are owned and operated by third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Such content is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers. d99 licenses this content under agreements with these providers and does not transfer any ownership rights to players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

8.1 Platform Availability

However, d99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, interruptions to third-party payment services, or delays caused by factors outside d99's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.

8.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds you deposit on the Platform. d99 does not guarantee any winnings or returns from any game or betting market. You accept that you gamble at your own risk and that d99 is not responsible for any gambling-related financial losses you may incur.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless d99 and its affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by this Agreement.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
